The Fayetteville Lincoln County Museum is operated entirely by volunteers, and is not on the tax base of the City of Fayetteville or Lincoln County.

Memberships, Memorials, and Honorariums

The Fayetteville Lincoln County Museum and Civic Center houses brass plaques denoting various monetary donations. These donations are not only from various clubs, i.e. benefactor, ambassador, patron, etc., but include memorial and honorary donations. Many people have chosen one of the options not only to memorialize or honor an individual but also to support the museum in its operational duties and its effort to house exhibits to bridge the past, present, and future. The preservation of our heritage and education of our youth are tow of the museum's loftiest goals.
